I’m training hard with Matt Coe form Inspire at the moment. He has me training like a trooper and doing series of exercises that are called “The GI Jane” and “The Grace”. Let me tell you there is no Grace in Grace. Each time i’m presented with a new move the first thing I say is “I cant”, yet by the time I’ve finished my session I reflect that I can! Matt is really motivational and gets results, I feel fitter and my bottom is looking rather pert, if i do say so myself.
